How far in advance should I book? As soon as you know your preferred date, contact us to check availability and book it! Receptions book anywhere from 2 weeks out up to two years in advance.
Can I have my ceremony at the Club? Of course! We can host ceremonies outside on the lawn or indoors, your choice!
Do I have to be a member to host an event? Cowboys Golf Club is a public golf club…no membership or sponsorship is required.
How much time do we have for our event? We allot up to 5 hours from guests arrival to guests departure. Setup and cleanup do not count against your event time. Additional hours may be purchased for a fee.
What is a food and beverage minimum and how much is it? This is the minimum dollar amount that needs to be spent on food and/or alcohol (before tax and service charge) in order to occupy the space. Minimums vary based on the date and time of the event.
What is included in the room fee? The room fee includes the room, house floor length linens and napkins in a variety of color choices, setup, breakdown, tables, chairs, china, glassware, flatware, table skirting, 16x16 dance floor, mirror tiles, glass tealights, cake cutting, and planning assistance.
What do I need to do to book a room? To reserve your date and space, you will sign our contract and function sheet, and make a deposit with the Private Event Department.
Is there a fee for parking? There is ample complimentary parking in our lot. However, if you would like to arrange for valet parking, we would be happy to arrange that for you for an additional charge.
Can I arrange a tasting? Absolutely! Simply let the Private Event Department know what days/dates you are available and we will get it setup!
Can we play golf? Yes… The groom and one additional player are complimentary and additional players receive a discounted rate. We can arrange anything from a single player up to a complete outing before the wedding! Ask us for more information on rates.
Are there any restrictions on décor? If you have a concern about any particular item, ask us, just to be safe. We do ask that no nails, tape, or pins are used on the walls.
Do you have a list of preferred vendors? We do have a list of our preferred vendors that will be given to you at the time of booking. You are welcome to use our vendors or hire your own favorites!
